I only read a little bit of the intro and that was enough for me (SO GOOD!). Any book that teaches you how to love yourself and invites you to make changes in your life (for good) is an excellent book in my humble opinion. Easy to read and full of great knowledge for a better life, maybe the one that you’ve been working/waiting for, The Body Book is a must buy.

El libro “in” de esta temporada. En este libro, Diaz explica la importancia de amar tu cuerpo como es y como ser una persona más saludable.
Solo leí una pequeña parte de la intro y fue suficiente para mí (muy Buena!!). Cualquier libro que te enseñe a cómo amarte a ti mism@ y te invite a realizar cambios en tu vida (para siempre), en mi humilde opinión, es un excelente libro. Fácil de leer y lleno de información/conocimiento para una vida mejor (quizás era lo que estabas buscando/esperando), The Body Book es un libro que hay que comprar.
