Juice of the Day!: Juice C

Juice C (full of vitamin C)

This juice is a bit higher in sugar than the green juices that I use to make, but the taste it’s great and if you are new to juicing this is a good recipe to get you started.

Ingredients:

1 Orange (peeled)
2 large Carrots
1 1/2 cup Pineapple

Jugo C (Repleto de vitamina C) 

Este jugo contiene mas azúcar que los jugos que generalmente hago, pero el sabor es delicioso y si estás empezando en esto del juicing, esta receta es perfecta para tí. 

Ingredientes:

1 Naranja (sin cáscara)
2 Zanahorias grandes
1 1/2 taza de piña en cuadritos
